I Work with David Wilkes

After months of working the system...and begging...We're finally got to shoot the second leg of the journey that is I work with the Dead.
Our subject this time, David Wilkes, Crime Scene Investigator and County Coroner for Henry County GA.
David is great, just great and has been instrumental in getting the approvals that we need to shoot with him. We spent a week waiting for someone to die in Henry County, morbid I know, and following him on his everyday routine.
We went to a school and spoke to a 4th grade class.
We went to the scene of a rape and collected evidence.
We cataloged said evidence.
We went to the hospital and declared people dead. Well he did anyway, I just watched.
We visited a morgue.
We ate lunch.
We did all these things and more and I can't thank David enough for allowing us into his life and to badger him with questions.
Here a few shots of us working.

This is from our exit interview with David at his home. You can see Alexander Williams is acting in the role of interviewer.

This is David and I in his office/lab where he's cataloging the evidence from his latest crime scene.
